Emily Schnell, MS Exercise Psychology

Emily is a certified yoga teacher with Yoga Renew and has been guiding group fitness classes since 2011. With a bachelor’s degree in Human Biology–Exercise Science and a master’s in Sport and Exercise Psychology, she brings a deep understanding of how movement, breath, and mindset work together to support whole-person wellness.

In her classes, you’ll find an uplifting blend of gentle flow, mindful mobility, and breathwork designed to help you tune in to your body’s wisdom and move in ways that feel nourishing and restorative. She believes our bodies are meant to move — and that when we listen closely, we can refresh and reconnect our mind, body, and spirit each time we step on the mat.

Outside of teaching, Emily loves spending time with her husband and two children, coaching cross country, exercising, reading, and tending her garden. Her favorite reminder for life — and practice — is: “Nevermind the past. Life evolves every day.”

Come as you are, and leave feeling rejuvenated, grounded, and more at home in your own body.

Mallory Stone,
Office Manager

Hi, I’m Mallory! I’m the Office Manager here at Brave Changes, LLC. I help new clients get started with their intake process, verify insurance, and support our team behind the scenes with social media and marketing. I work closely with Lori-Ana, our founding clinician, and Jen, who handles billing, to make sure things run smoothly for our clients.

I bring a background in insurance billing and a heart for supporting others—I even spent time working as a birth doula before moving into the mental health field. Outside of Brave Changes, I run my own small business and also enjoy helping with my mom’s handmade soap company.

I live in Arkansas with my two teenage sons, who keep me busy with football and marching band. At home, I’m an animal lover with a cat and two dogs who make sure there’s never a dull moment!

She has experience helping clients with anxiety, adjustment disorders, depression, life transitions, stress, and eating disorders as well as providing a setting for clients to learn skills and insights to manage and regulate their emotions.

Jenna Dale, LPC-IT

Therapy can be a space where you don’t have to face life’s challenges on your own. I work with individuals (ages 16+) and couples, helping to provide support with experiences related to mood disorders, personality disorders, trauma, grief, and schizophrenia. I believe that a diagnosis doesn’t define who you are. Instead of focusing only on symptoms, I enjoy working together to explore how we can move beyond what’s holding you back and help you build the life you want.

My approach combines Schema Therapy with a person-centered perspective. This means we will explore how early childhood experiences and relationships may have shaped the patterns, beliefs, and coping styles you still may carry into adulthood. By shining a light on these subconscious influences, we can better understand how to break the repetitive cycle of unwanted behaviors and experiences, and begin to create healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and connecting with others. Throughout this process, I keep the focus on your strengths, values, and goals, so therapy is always centered on what matters most to you.

Empowerment is at the heart of my work. My goal is for you to leave each session with both new insights and practical tools, all while feeling more grounded, confident, and capable of facing challenges. Whether we’re unpacking long-standing patterns or learning strategies for daily life, our work will focus on helping you feel more in control and hopeful about your future.

If you’re ready to take the next step, I would be honored to walk alongside you on your path of growth and healing.
